Locating our Office in Ruidoso

Our Coldwell Banker SDC Realtors office is located at 307 Mechem Drive in Ruidoso. On some maps, Mechem Drive will also be labeled as State HWY 48. Sudderth Drive forms the east / west portion of HWY 48 as it winds through Ruidoso’s Midtown, and Mechem Drive forms the north / south portion of HWY 48 as it exits Ruidoso’s Midtown and heads north towards Alto, New Mexico. Our office is on west side of Mechem Drive approximately three blocks north of where Sudderth and Mechem Drives intersect.

Flight Services

Current air service includes AA jet to Roswell only 1 1/4 hours away by auto with optional prop jet service to the Ruidoso Airport. AA flights are 2-3 times daily from DFW to Roswell.
